Here are our terms of service

1. Acknowledgement and acceptance of terms of service
   1. The Zorda services (http://zorda.co) ("Zorda services") are provided by Nige Ltd for your use subject to these terms and conditions ("terms of service") which you agree to be bound by through your use of the Zorda services. If you do not agree to these terms of service, please do not use the Zorda services.
   2. Nige Ltd may change any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and any other policies and guidelines governing the terms of service, at any time in its sole discretion. Notice of such changes will be sent to the email address associated with your account and you are responsible for reviewing such notices. You agree that your continued use of the service following any changes to the terms of service will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
2. Zorda services
   1. Nige Ltd offers services to collect order information from multiple sales channels and third party websites. These services include, but are not limited to: the ability to print out the order using a standard template.
   2. All content and services are provided by Zorda in good faith on an as-is basis.
3. Fees
   1. Nige Ltd currently charges $ 0.10 cents per order collected ("fee per order collected"). Nige Ltd reserves the right to change the fee per order collected at anytime.
   2. The first 200 collected orders are free of charge. Nige Ltd reserves the right to change the number of free collected orders at anytime.
   3. Service fees are charged every 30 days for orders collected in the previous 30 days.
   4. It is your responsibility to ensure a valid credit or debit card is added to your account before your monthly service fee is charged.
   5. Nige Ltd will suspend your service if fees are not paid within seven days.
4. Content and Third Party Links
   1. The Zorda services includes links and images of other World Wide Web sites or resources. Nige Ltd has no control over such sites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that Nige Ltd is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources.
   2. You acknowledge and agree that Nige Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content.
   3. Finally, you acknowledge that external sites usually have their own terms and conditions, including privacy policies, over which Nige Ltd has no control and which will govern your rights and obligations with respect to the use of those Web sites.
5. Privacy Policy
   1. We respect your privacy and you can read how we do this in our privacy policy. Please review our privacy policy before using the Zorda services.
6. Intellectual Property
   1. Intellectual Property Rights includes patents, inventions, know-how, trade secrets and other confidential information, registered designs, copyrights, data, database rights, design rights, rights affording equivalent protection to copyright, actual property rights (whether registered or unregistered) and all applications for the same anywhere in the world.
   2. By agreeing to these terms of service you acknowledge that Nige Ltd own all rights, title and interest in and to the Zorda services. This agreement does not grant you any rights to patents, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered), or any other rights, functions or licenses in respect of the Zorda services.
   3. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Zorda services. You also agree to not remove, obscure, or alter Nige Ltd's or any third party's copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within or accessed in conjunction with or through the Zorda services.
   4. Zorda owns the copyright in all orders generated through the Zorda services. You are granted an non-exclusive licence, non-transferable licence to the orders.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   1. You use Zorda services at your own discretion and risk. Zorda services are made available on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of any kind or nature with respect to the nature, reliability, or accuracy of such services or any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use and non-infringement of proprietary rights.
   2. Nige Ltd hereby disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of Zorda services. Nige Ltd makes no warranties whatsoever with respect to the Zorda services functionality, operability or use, that Zorda services will meet your needs and requirements, that the operation will be uninterrupted or error free.
   3. Nige Ltd disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in the Zorda services.
   4. You understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain material or data through the use of the Zorda services at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material or data.
8. Limitation of Liability
   1. In no event will Nige Ltd be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use, inability to use, misuse or reliance upon, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of Zorda services.
   2. Under no circumstances shall Nige Ltd be liable to you for any damages whatsoever for the use of Zorda services including, without limitation, consequential, incidental or special damages or damages for lost profits or losses resulting from system interruption, non-performance or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility or likelihood of such damages.
9. Indemnification
   1. You will indemnify and hold harmless Nige Ltd, its officers, employees, directors, representatives and agents, from and against any and all demands, claims, or liabilities.
10. Service Modifications and Termination
    1. Nige Ltd may at any time change, delete, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Zorda services and restrict or terminate your access, any other user or any third party, to the website, without notice or liability.
11. Force Majeure
    1. Zorda shall not be liable as a result of any delay, failure in performance or interruption of service, resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, civil disturbances, wars, strikes or other labour disputes, fires, transportation contingencies, interruptions in telecommunications or Internet services or network provider services, failure of equipment and/or software, other catastrophes or any other occurrences which are beyond such party's reasonable control.
12. Severability
    1. If any part of this agreement is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Waiver
    1. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Nige Ltd.
14. Governing Law
    1. The agreement shall be subject to English Law and any dispute shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
15. Entire Agreement
    1. The terms and conditions set out in this agreement represents the entire terms agreed between parties. The section titles in this agreement are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.
